I started working with Rebecca in 2020. I have always been a fitness girlie, but wanted to be able to fuel my body in better ways. I have learned how to eat more protein, and I have a much better relationship with food. In 2023 I began cycle syncing with Rebecca. I had no idea that the female body has different needs and wants during our cycle. Since changing the way I eat during the month, I have noticed less bloating, less cravings, and basically no PMS symptoms. My cycle has consistently been 28 days, and my period has gone from 5 days to three. Rebecca has not only given me guidance on how to eat properly, but she is always doing research, recommending books for me to read as well. She is diving into menopause to help clients like me to age and still feel good about myself.
